Job Description:

Our client is looking for an experienced Team Manager to manage and coach team of customer service advisors, improving customer satisfaction and ensure new and existing customer loyalty and brand confidence. Reporting to an Assistant Call Centre Manager, your responsibilities will include: *Monitor, manage and maintain high SVL’s and ensure KPI’s are being achieved. *Act as duty manager. *Generate and communicate monthly statistical and operational reports. *Performance management, disciplinary procedures and attendance management. *Schedule adherence. *Build and maintain a positive working culture. *Escalated complaints and queries. *Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.

Skills *Experience of change management and continuous improvement. *Excellent communication skills (both written and oral). *Ability to maximise performance. *Excellent time management and organisational skills *Commercially aware.

Hours of work: Mon to Sun- 8am – 10pm (rostered shift pattern). 3 week ends out of 5. 40 hours per week.
