Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers and field based colleagues in an efficient and professional manner. *Dealing with the following: Technical queries, price quotes, queries and complaints, delivery status. *Achieving sales objectives by building orders and selling, using a consultative/suggestive selling approach. *Dealing with customer queries and complaints. *Support field based personnel by providing sales leads gathered from customer contacts and stock availability etc. *Act as a central point of contact for customers, liaising with associated internal departments. *Maintain additional tasks, eg: admin, sales, productivity, quality, project work. *Show reliability and commitment to the role and display good use of initiative with a positive attitude.

The successful candidate must have a proven solid stable track record within the customer service environment, have excellent communication skills, be a quick learner and eager to get on with the job in hand.

Hours of work: Mon to Fri between 8am and 6pm on a rotational shift basis.
