The Company
This is a fantastic brand new role within a leading insurance firm.
The Role:
• Produce and implement a strategic plan for contents services and the development of the operational service delivery and further commodity offerings
• Deliver key accountabilities and provide excellent operational service to clients and customers
• Manage the areas fulfilment network and implement effective performance management to transform the quality and efficiency of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce a strategic plan for Contents Services to show how we develop the internal operational service delivery and the extent of our different commodity offerings.
• Effectively manage operational service delivery to hit consistent service delivery against contractual KPIs.
• Ensure the effective management and control of contract documentation.
• Champion the effective use of Client/customer satisfaction targets within the Operation as a key measure of performance.
• Proactively communicate targets across the business. Seek and act on feedback
• Ensure consistent regular delivery of robust and visible Management Information

This role is based in Lancashire.
Remuneration:
