Our client is a global leading financial insurance organisation who is currently looking for an experienced Account / Relationship Manager to ensure that all Customer Service environments are at optimum levels service operation are maintained at a high level.
THE ROLE
• Advocate and Champion of change and service improvements
• Drive for higher levels of performance
• Being involved within the larger operation strategy
• Shape and influence areas of operation outside immediate control
• Developing strong relationships
• Acting in a consultative manner to directors within the organisation
• Regular UK travel
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Strong relationship management skills
• Ability to manage and influence at various levels
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Develop and deliver clear communication
• Strong analytical skills set
