Customer Care Team Manager required, to lead, manage and develop the Customer Care Team. Maximising performance, whilst ensuring high levels of customer service in line with SLA’s and KPI’s. Required to design, implement and monitor strategies to improve communication internally and externally. Generate and communicate monthly statistical and operational reports. Provide internal feedback and data as result of information gathered during complaints investigations. The successful candidate must have strong leadership skills, with the ability to maximise performance through coaching and development. You must have proven experience in business planning, project management, and managing people through periods of considerable change. You must be highly customer focussed, self-motivated and be commercially astute. You will understand the business environment and stay aware of issues that may impact the business and industry. Working hours are Mon to Sunday on a rota between 8am and 8pm.
