You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of a sales team tasked with maximising cross sales opportunities for the business. Through effective coaching and leadership you will deliver on key business targets, ensuring performance targets, service level agreements and regulatory requirements are met.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record of success from a contact centre sales environment. You will also be an accomplished 'people manager', with a confident, visible and supportive management style. You will look to develop, coach and motivate your team towards levels of high performance and be able to communicate effectively at all levels within the business.
