Job Description:

THE COMPANY

This is an excellent opportunity to join this leading organisation in shaping and developing their commercial sales department. This is a highly visible, large-scale role that will provide the jobholder the ability to make a very visible, tangible and positive impact within our clients contact centre.

You will be required to develop & deliver the Direct Channels sales strategy to increase sales productivity within Telephony Channels and also to influence and provide visible and effective leadership in the Telephony channel in all aspects of the delivery of sales objectives.

THE ROLE

  • You will be required to support the management in the delivery of sales and service targets with the use of SLA’s and key account management skills
  • Provide excellent support to the contact centre by coaching them, from advisors on the front line upto Senior Management level
  • Ensure that all sales and retention activities are congruent with the agreed inline with SLA’s and managed in a compliant, professional and efficient manner
  • Expected to work on a one to one basis, with a group of individuals, across functions/departments to ensure for a joined-up approach and collaborate with people from different organisations to capitalise on synergies
  • Ensure full delivery of the Sales performance targets, demonstrating personal commitment to achieve high standards of performance
  • Act as centre of excellence and key contact in within telephony responsible for all relevant products and processes

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • You must have contact centre sales experience within a telephony environment
  • Proven track record of delivering first class coaching to the contact centre operationally and must have a strong customer focused approach
  • Proactive in identifying process improvements and driving changes where required
  • Leadership skills are critically important including the ability to build a focused, collaborative, results-oriented work group
  • Ability to drive sales volumes from a product perspective whilst balancing this with broader market awareness and an understanding of the need to respond to changes in customer demand
  • Detailed understanding of the sales incentive and marketing campaigns in retail operations
  • Flexible approach to working hours, as you may be requested to work on alternative shifts

REMUNERATION PACKAGE

  • C£30K Basic Salary Per Annum
