This is an opportunity for a senior sales and service focussed Operations Manager, Call Centre Manager to join a highly successful and growing business, at senior management level, reporting into the Head of Operations.
Leading a team of Managers to deliver required business performance levels on quality and service, whilst achieving KPI’s and sales targets as required. This is a key role, where the Operations Manager will look to develop and drive operational performance and help define strategic direction for enhanced sales and service delivery across the business.
