Managing an outbound sales team in a busy call centre environment, you will have the drive and enthusiasm to drive performance. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will performance manage your team (up to 17 heads), developing their skills and abilities. The successful candidates must have proven experience in managing a sales team and posses excellent communication, leadership and problem solving abilities. You must be commercially aware and extremely sales focussed. Hours: Mon to Fri: 2pm – 10pm.
