Project Manager To £37000 + Package
Our client has Outsourced their operation of 250fte to India and are looking for a Project Manager to coordinate and deliver Contact Centre projects on time and to budget. Working in close partnership with the Outsourced partner, you will undertake both process and systems based projects in order to improve productivity and efficiency. Working with the Head of Department, you will contribute to process and system strategy and maintain tight project schedules. We are looking for candidates with good project management experience within a Contact Centre environment who ideally have some experience of working alongside an Outsourced partner. Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Office and Visio are desirable. London with occasional travel.
