Are you are looking to make the next step in your career but have limited experience of team leading but have deputised in your current role? Or are you a Team Leader looking for the next move?
Computer People have a number of opportunities for Team Leaders to join an international information technology services and consultancy company based in Crewe.
Working out of their call centre your main responsibilities will be to plan, co-ordinate and manage the work of your team, whilst also maintaining a high quality of service to customers both internal and external. In order to maintain this high quality of service you must ensure that your team are regularly hitting their service targets and SLAs. Therefore you must be able to show experience of leading successful teams in a similar environment.
Good communication skills both verbal and written are needed in order to form a strong relationship with your team and help them develop their careers with regular one to ones and mentoring sessions. These communication skills will also come in to use when liaising with other areas of the business and third parties regarding new projects.
