Call Centre Manager, Operations. Belfast, Northern Ireland. Sales Operations. £25-28,000 basic, bonus (approx £8-9k pa) + benefits.
This is a rapidly expanding business and part of one of the leading financial service organisations across Europe. Working within the inbound and outbound sales operations call centre.
This is an opportunity for a proven Call Centre Manager to take on an established team of approximately 50-70 FTE, through 4-6 Team Managers and drive sales performance through a multi-channel contact centre department.

Motivating, developing, supporting and leading the team to achieve business objectives in line with the business operational plans and company values.

The role will also be responsible for quality, assisting in the strategic planning, management of resource and operational costs within budget and identification of process and procedural improvements to enhance the customer experience.

The company has almost doubled in size in recent years, they offer a fast moving and dynamic corporate environment, with true career progression and opportunities for those that show ability and desire to grow their own skills and career and as such are looking to attract strong leaders and motivators of people with a good eye for following process and procedure. The company offers an excellent training programme which is tailored to individuals and Team Managers will be required to manage all aspects of their agents, in addition to performance and target achievement, this will include recruitment, attrition, absence etc.
