Team Manager, Belfast, Northern Ireland. Call Centre Operations. £18-20,000 basic, bonus benefits. This is a rapidly expanding business and part of one of the leading financial service organisations across Europe. Working within the inbound and outbound sales operations call centre. This is an opportunity for a proven Team Leader/Team Manager to take on an established team of approximately 10FTE.
As the company has almost doubled in size in recent years, they offer a fast moving and dynamic corporate environment, with true career progression and opportunities for those that show ability and desire to grow their own skills and career and as such are looking to attract strong leaders and motivators of people with a good eye for following process and procedure.
The company offers an excellent training programme which is tailored to individuals and Team Managers will be required to manage all aspects of their agents, in addition to performance and target achievement, this will include recruitment, attrition, absence etc.
