Leading global organisation has a number of exciting opportunities for 1st line support analysts to join a team responsible for responding to incoming calls from customers and providing resolution where possible for technical problems on high profile accounts requiring excellent interpersonal and troubleshooting skills.
As part of the role you will be required to work to tight timescales, handling a large number of customer calls in a professional manner, escalating when necessary to the technical teams.
The successful candidate will be IT literate with a sound knowledge of MS office and a confident telephone manner, ideally with experience within a call centre / customer
Service / target orientated environment although this is not essential. Educated to GCSE or HNC level (or equivalent)
