to join a team responsible for providing remote desktop / laptop and blackberry support offering complex technical advice on a number of high profile, demanding accounts.
Proven technical support experience in a 1st / 2nd line support role is essential for these roles, with exposure to some or all of the following technologies would be advantageous: Windows Operating systems, Exchange, Active Directory, Outlook, RAS and VPN
In addition to technical knowledge you will have the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner and pride yourself on superb customer service skills
