This role is responsible for growing and developing our clients services and therefore revenue by defining and bringing to market new services and propositions to our client already large and diverse client base. This role would suit someone who came from a service development background within any service led industry (such as Financial Services, Insurance etc).
This role is all about leading change to build on our clients assets and utilise the talents of their people to bring to market high quality, value-added services. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone with the right experience and potential to make a real difference in a prestigious and ambitious company.
Key Areas of responsibility:
- Take a customer-centric approach and understand both the impact and potential benefits of our services on our customers;
- Maximise revenue from the existing customer base;
- Develop new revenue streams;
- Lead a small team and help the people within the team to deliver excellent service and results and to develop even further by contributing to these overall objectives;
- Improve the efficiency of the processes, especially financial forecasting;
Key Deliverables & Measures
- A business growth plan for our services;
- A portfolio of service products that are clearly defined, priced, positioned and promoted;
- A training and development plan to develop the skills and capabilities of the team and to cultivate talent;
- Commercial policies for customers that are clear, fair and well publicised;
- Ongoing and accurate financial forecasting of both revenue and costs (to make sure that we can plan our business reliably and deliver our services profitably and cost effectively).
Experience Required
- A demonstrable track record of bringing services to market and making them commercially successful is essential;
- Thorough leadership and change management;
- Contracts and commercial negotiations;
- Managing and growing a revenue stream, including budgeting and forecasting;
- Delivering improvements to customer satisfaction.
