Role Profile: Managing a team of 150 Outbound Sales Advisors through a team of 10 – 12 Team Leaders the successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and develop a high performing, successful outbound team dedicated to the success of the business
• Improving Staff performance through the Contact Centre and increasing the Outbound Telephony performance by developing new techniques.
• The ability to deliver large scale campaigns and new business contacts through competent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive Outbound sales through training and coaching and reaching targets set by the company.
Key Experience required:
Significant operational experience gained within a results driven, commercial contact centre operation
Significant experience within an outbound customer acquisition operation of at least 100 FTE.
In-depth knowledge of outbound acquisition, up-sell, retention and winback methodologies
Proven experience in the development, leadership and motivation of a growing successful team
