Unique business that plays a pivotal role within the world of music is urgently looking to recruit a key role in their management team.

Due the internal changes within the business the organisation has a new opportunity for a New Business Operations Manager. The position of New Business Operations Manager is a critical position as this is the key revenue stream for the business and will managing a of 2 team managers & 20 sales specialists. The successful person will be responsible for identifying new business channels, maximising new business opportunities, accountable for the sales objectives, growth, profitability and winning new clients.

Knowledge of the music industry is not essential and they would welcome experience gained within a Media environment.

Key Responsibilities:• Work with Director to establish the vision for team
•Lead by example to drive a customer service culture
•Improve service and internal efficiencies
•Be proactive in building customer relationships
•Ensure effective communication processes are in place
•Constantly seek to streamline and simplify all business processes
•Maximise the use and efficiency of the CRM tool in place
•Own and resolve complex and business critical queries
•Resource planning, manage the daily activities and processes within Sectors
•Supervision of staff attrition levels and retention of quality staff
•Oversee all recruitment activity
•Motivate and develop team members to meet business objectives
•Ensure that a continual process of improvement is in place for customer experience
•Ensure that best practice in skills and knowledge amongst the team is shared
•Provision of accurate and informative reporting to senior management on performance and trends
•Liaise with internal departments, providing accurate and meaningful management reporting where required
•Drive continuous improvement by reviewing existing procedures and recommending and implementing change
•Monitor, track and enforce Customer Service policies, procedures and goals
•Handle daily supervision and coaching of internal and external Customer Service teams
•Successful fulfilment from initial contact with customer through to payment of invoice
•Prioritise and meet multiple customer requirements
•Oversee completion of systems support and development tasks on time
•Research methods of outsourcing non-core activities, implement as appropriate
