The purpose of the role is to offer an insight into the Cell Centre metrics available. Manage the design, development & production and delivery of reliable, timely and accurate Management Information ensuring at all times that it meets the requirements of the business.
The Role
Reporting directly to the MI Manager the key responsibilities of the role include,
• Analyse call centre data to identify trends and make recommendations based on business needs.
• Build and maintain data models.
• Build strong relationships, influence and respect with peers, reports and
stakeholders across the operation.
• Develop & coach analysts on technical solutions.
Knowledge and Experience
• Have a good understanding of contact centre MI requirements how their
successful deployment can delivery step change in the customer experience and
operation efficiency.
• Have a thorough knowledge of contact centre environments and the dynamics
that impact operational performance.
• Have the ability to identify trends and be able to alter behaviour and
resource to counteract under performance whilst constantly driving a cost
effective model.
• Good knowledge of operational/business analysis techniques.
• A customer contact management professional.
• Recent and demonstrable experience in MI provision within a contact centre.
• Highly competent in data gathering / interpretation and detailed planning to enable optimised contact centre performance.
• Self motivated planner and organiser with a strong work ethic and high
personal standards showing the ability to be influential, flexible, decisive,
confident and use leadership and team skills to cascade abilities.
