Douglas Jackson are a specialist recruitment consultancy and executive search company, working specifically within the executive and skilled Contact Centre, Call Centre and Customer Service markets.
We specialise in recruiting for Director and Managerial appointments within call centres, contact centres and customer service departments.
Our customer base is predominantly, blue chip call centres and customer service departments, although we also work with public sector and independent or owner managed organisations.
Due to our success to date, the securing of a number of blue chip contracts and in line with our company expansion program, we have an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant or Search Consultant to be based from our offices in Lichfield.
Our Consultants are empowered to manage their clients, candidates, business and desks as they see fit, in line with company service standards. As always, sales and revenue targets will be part of the role, however you will be not targeted or required to achieve unnecessary volume based activity, as quality and getting it right first time is far more important to us.
We would welcome applications from experienced recruiters, who wish to continue to, or begin to do work within a consultative led environment. Where the work is truly about offering the highest level of service, professional ethics are paramount and where we aim to be ahead of our competition.
