Our client, a multi site call centre operation within the General Insurance industry and highly commended in the Insurance Times Call Centre of the Year are looking for an experienced Contact Centre Manager to head up their 120 seat operation.
Managing the contact centre through a team of Team Managers, you will drive and inspire outstanding performance; leading by example and providing clear direction and leadership. Ensuring that all company targets are achieved and organisational and regulatory standards are maintained, you will contribute to the strategy and development of the company; supporting an environment of continuous improvement and value adding.
Working closely with HR, you will develop an effective recruitment and training programme whilst ensuring the contact centre staff abide by the terms and conditions of their roles. Focusing your teams on providing high quality customer service and instilling a feedback mechanism to monitor this, you will ensure your teams are fully supported, directed and managed to provide the best service possible to the customer.
Successful candidates will have a proven background in managing similar sized contact centre operations. You will have demonstrated the ability to lead large teams to operational success within a customer focused environment. Budgetary responsibility, performance management and coaching and development experience are essential, as is the ability to manage change and drive for results.
