The UK's leading low cost airline is looking for an experienced Customer Experience Manager to manage its outsourced Customer Experience Centres in Poland and Germany, as well as an in-house team based in Luton.
They will have experience of working with outsource partners and also have a detailed understanding of continuous improvement with the Customer Experience within a contact centre environment.
All candidates must have English plus a European language; such as Italian, German, Spanish or French and must be able to travel regularly on business to both the outsourced Customer Experience Centres and the airlines bases around Europe and North Africa.
