Call Centre Manager, Operations Manager. South West, Sales through Service Operations. £40-45,000 basic, bonus + benefits.
This is a rapidly expanding business, with well funded, well thought out, ambitious plans for their future growth. Working within the predominantly inbound and outbound sales operations call centre, this is an opportunity for a proven Call Centre Manager to take on an established team of approximately 60-70 FTE through 4-6 Team Managers and drive sales performance through the contact centre. This is a highly visible role and as such will offer the Call Centre Manager the ability to truly make an impact into the direction and success of the centre, with the associated potential for progressing and developing their own career as the business develops. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the successful candidate will be passionate about working with people and a proven track record of motivating and developing people within a sales team culture.
The role will also be responsible for ongoing sales, quality, assisting in the strategic planning, management of resource and operational costs within budget and identification of process and procedural improvements to enhance the customer experience.
