Resource Planning Manager To £55K + Package
This is a multi site operation with over 2000 fte and you will head up an experienced Resource Planning team to ensure accurate forecasting & scheduling. The role also involves overseeing the timely production of MI to the Customer Services operation. You will also ensure that the telephony and supporting contact centre specific technologies are maintained and enhanced. To succeed in this role you will need to be someone who can work with and influence other departments and lead teams working across a number of sites.We are looking for candidates who have managed large Resource Planning functions who can also demonstrate a strong technological understanding & knowledge of what constitutes best practice. North East.
