With growth expected to continue at over 10% per annum, the business is now looking for an experienced talent manager to help drive operational capabilities to even higher levels of excellence. Reporting to the Cusomter Service Director and leading a team of around 75 you will be accountable for the development, planning and deployment of leading-edge resourcing, training and employee communication strategies. A key member of the operational leadership team and pivotal to future success, you will be in the front-line ensuring that the business has the right people with the right capabilities, who are fully engaged and positively motivated towards delivering outstanding sales and service experiences to our customers. A seasoned HR professional (ideally CIPD qualified) with proven experience of leading high volume recruitment and training pipelines in complex, multi-site contact centres or comparable service operations environments, you will now be ready for bigger and more strategic challenges. As well as a passion for people development, you must have the ability to design and deploy effective performance management frameworks to deliver sustainable learning and employee engagement. An outstanding communicator with vision and energy, you will be attracted to this rare strategic influencing and delivery co-ordination role in a dynamic and expanding organisation.
