The Role
• This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development manager to sell our clients range of call centre services
• Identifying and closing new revenue opportunities
• Identifying the needs of the customers and matching the solutions in line with the clients unique selling points
• Preparing & presenting presentations
• Planning internal resources to support in the collation of the information
• Full accountability for strategic direction of revenue generation
• Developing and growing customer relations
Knowledge & Experience
• A successful track record of selling outsourced solutions
• Good understanding of how call centre solutions work
• Hunter
• A senior sales professional who has a track record of selling solutions to the value of £1m +
• An individual who thrives on identifying and creating new opportunities
• Experience of selling at board level eg. MD, FD, Marketing Director and Customer Services Director, etc.
• Commercial Intelligence
• Strong Relationship builder
• Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
• Strategic thinker
• A consultative sales focus
• Natural sales leader
