Job Description:
Customer Service Manager / Back Office / Contact Centre - Warwickshire, salary to £30,000 + bonus + benefits

An opportunity to work within a leading financial services organisation with a strong reputation for the provision of the highest levels of customer service and staff development.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day, management, performance and motivation of two, back office, teams with around 25 staff in total and two team leaders. You will also be an accomplished manager with the ability to manage your teams towards levels of high performance and on-going career development.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory / managerial experience within a 'back office' / contact centre environment and the ability to effectively demonstrate their commitment to both customers and staff.
