Good understanding of how and why to produce accurate and meaningful MI.
Preferred – Aspect WFM Tool experience
Role Profile:
To provide accurate forecasts to enable effective planning and delivery of quality management information.
Key Responsibilities:
•To provide a full resource support function for call centre managers by providing MI and advice on workforce requirements and schedules to meet service levels and business objectives.
•Operational forecasting of call and workload volumes
•Maintain telephony reporting to meet business requirements
•Ensure call centre staffing models include accurate updated information
