Overall purpose of this role:
To ensure that targets are met through effective development and motivation of teams, ensuring that effective operational decisions are taken.
To create and implement sales plans and initiatives to help with the achievement of the Call Centre goals.
Key Dimensions:
Responsible for:
2 Sales Floor Managers
3 / 4 Team Leaders
Approximately 80 Heads
Skills & Experience Required:
Call Centre Management experience is essential, gained within an Inbound Sales environment.
Experience of managing, coaching and developing inbound sales team leaders
Experience of the Financial Services industry is beneficial (but not essential)
A highly influential and persuasive leader with the ability & propensity to develop others
The interpersonal sensitivities required to effectively manage teams of variable size and make-up and to ensure synergies are achieved across these teams.
The ability to analyse and interpret business performance indicators and trends, and from this to accurately specify both problems and opportunities and to then generate creative and effective solutions.
The ability to lead by example, taking a hands-on role on the floor where necessary and demonstrating what good looks like.
Terms and conditions
A working week of 37.5 hours, plus flexibility as appropriate
Your salary will be dependant on experience, and you'll receive a Senior Management benefits package including a performance related bonus as well as the opportunity to flex these benefits to suit your lifestyle.
