This prestigious blue chip organisation is looking for a EMEA Sales Operations Manager who is responsible for managing a number of outsource partners who will provide Sales across a number of European countries. Our client a driven and focused organisation has a successful track record of exceptional service with credentials which are second to none.
The Role
EMEA Sales Operations Managers provides leadership, decision-making frameworks, analytic guidance, and business judgement to drive two to three projects. We are looking for seasoned energetic managing work can working in a rapidly changing industry.
• Working with the company’s executive leadership to define, launch, and drive mission-critical tactic and operational initiatives
• Lead multiple cross-functional, EMEA teams, drive best practice sharing and continuous learning across the sales operations teams
• Manage the relationships with the outsourced partners
• Provide support to the executive management team
• Evaluate partner performance through analysis of reports of agreed metrics and task
• Oversee continuous improvement and action plans and monitor ongoing vendor performance
• Regular reviews of contractual obligations with partners
Experience required
• Proven track record of delivering and leading an international sales team within telesales/Tele marking environments
• Experience within sales operations with good knowledge of metrics based management.
• University Degree
• Experience of either working as a vendor/relationship manager or have worked within an outsourced environment at a high level.
• Experience of Sales Training techniques.
