My client is currently seeking to secure a senior account manager for the ever-expanding organisation. They are a top finanacial organisation that has received recent accolades from many institutions and the media. They have been running for over 20 years now and are looking to double in size by 2010. Our client has created this role to manage a vital and pivotal part of their business model.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who understands the mechanics of a contact centre and knows how to get the most from that. Also if you are looking for diversity on a day-to-day basis, this could be ideal for you.
The Role – Key Accountabilities
• To develop and maintain the key relationship with the third party
• To manage performance levels and make sure they are maintained
• To understand the mechanics of change management and know how to translate this into the operations
• To understand the mechanics behind the business process and the key drivers
• To know how to use cost & budgets to reach and exceed targets
• To understand the business process throughout and to deliver at the end of that
• To make sure the account management team are working in one strategic direction throughout
Knowledge & Experience
• A credible background in operational management
• A extensive background in the call centre environment
• A proven track record in process and delivery
• A proven record of managing third party relationships
• To be able to work autonomously at times
• A credible background in working in a fast paced environment
Package
• Salary of circ £45,000-£50,000
• Bonus of up to 25% of annual salary
• Pension scheme with employer contributions
• Private healthcare
