Sales Trainer ( Contact Centre / Call Centre ), East Midlands, Salary to £23,000 + bens
A superb opportunity to work within a highly successful department for a leading, international, business services group.
You will be responsible for the induction of new starters to the department and for the on-going training of existing staff in company procedures, product knowledge and sales processes. In addition, you will monitor call quality, providing constructive feedback to staff and keeping senior management informed of trends within call quality. You will also look to refine and enhance the delivery of training programmes and recommend improvements to the existing plans wherever applicable.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in the successful delivery of sales oriented training from within a contact centre environment. The role will suit a candidate looking for a 'high profile' role with excellent communication skills, who has the capability to deliver effective training and can influence senior management in order to enhance existing training programmes.
