The Company
This is an exciting opportunity to join this well established mulit site operation based in West Yorkshire. My client is looking for recruit an Outbound Dialler Analyst for the expanding contact centre planning function.
The Role
Key Accountabilities of the role include:
1. The set up and implementation of all campaigns and dialling lists
2. To initiate new and innovative campaigns whilst adhering to Ofcom and DMA guidelines
3. Providing expert level support and advice throughout the business and to be a champion for the dialler team
4. The continuous communication with IT and external suppliers as a main vocal point for the department
5. To be the main vocal point for the dialler team when approached by other
business areas and external clients.
6 The monitoring and maintenance of dialler on a daily basis including all MI
reports and analysis
Knowledge and Experience
• Previous experience of working in a contact centre planning environment essential.
• Detailed knowledge of outbound campaign delivery within a blended environment
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business and strong negotiating skills.
• Excellent analytical skills
