THE COMPANY
Influential & Market Leading Organisation requires a talented Campaign Manager to support the growth of the there Outbound Commercial area and support delivery of all commercial activity across sales channels. An opportunity not to be missed!
You will play a Key Role in a specialist team of 2 in shaping the future of outbound capability for the business. (250 FTE)
THE ROLE
Supporting the development, implementation & management of delivery of the commercial demand, sales & income delivery plans for outbound telephony
Accountable for the commercial performance of assigned product / business lines and optimization of value and revenue opportunities from these areas / new demand
Manage key stakeholder relationships across business (new & existing) and manage campaign deployment
You will be responsible for driving change across the business to improve the Outbound performance by building key relationships within the marketing arena
Be able to drive results – absorbing management information and be able to input into the development of the wider commercial agenda for the outbound operation
Undertake and launch new projects / campaigns working closely with other channels
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Currently working at Campaign / Commercial Manager level in Outbound Sales driven environment
Previous Contact Centre Sales experience within a telephony environment is essential along with good customer / stakeholder relationship management experience
You must possess a proven track record of commercial success in a marketing or sales and service environment
Speed of delivery – be able to turn things around and drive performance, delighting the customer
Whilst product / industry knowledge is not essential, an appreciation of regulatory compliance is important
Attention to detail – very strong numerically
