My client is a global leader in their field and has a bold vision for the future. On their behalf, we are currently looking to resource a number of outstanding customer service call centre Team Managers.
Working Monday to Friday 4pm – 8pm you will be responsible for 12-16 FTE you will lead, manage and motivate the team to ensure objectives are achieved and the performance of individuals within the team are maximised. This is a non targeted environment which is more concentrated where the sole measure will be first call resolution.
KEY SKILLS
• 12+ months as a customer service call centre Team Leader/Manager
• Energy, drive and enthusiasm with the ability to ‘roll up your sleeves’ and get things done
• An understanding of call centre systems, processes and policies
