This is an exiting opportunity to join an International Financial Services organisation within their rapidly expanding UK Call Centre Vendor Management Function.
Managing a variety of third party outsourced providers, you will drive their performance to ensure service quality, sales conversions, back office accuracy and value for money/cost reduction. Building and negotiating strong supplier relationships, you will also work with procurement on contracts and tenders in areas outside of call centre including Print Services, Operations and Fulfilment.
KEY SKILLS
•2 years Vendor Supply Management experience
•Strong commercial, negotiation and project management skills
•Ability to deliver through third party channels and metrics, specifically: quality, sales and cost.
