My client is a global leader in their field and has a bold vision for the future. On their behalf, we are currently looking to resource two outstanding customer service call centre Section Managers.
Responsible for 70 FTE thru Team Managers you will be responsible for providing effective customer service, managing work performance, driving performance, supporting team managers, identifying and overcoming issues and improving customer service.
KEY SKILLS
•Proven people management experience
•A Successful track record of performance delivery
•A minimum of 3 years at management level
