This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Delivery Manager/Operations Manager to work for this retail organisation, who is taking massive steps to becoming the leader in its field.
They are looking for experienced individuals with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will be responsible for managing a large people focussed operation driving high levels of employee engagement and customer service. Managing multiple tasks and a variety of service levels you will have strong analytical skills as well as being able to influence people at a senior level.
KEY SKILLS
• Have managed a large operation of at least 100+ seats
• Have Excellent people management skills
• Have proven experience in identifying improvement initiatives.
• Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
