My client operates a healthcare international call centre and works on behalf of some of the world’s largest blue chip organisations.
Managing a highly skilled team of healthcare professionals your role will be to provide the call centre with direction in terms of leadership, process and service improvement. In addition to managing people and process the successful candidate will liaise directly with clients therefore the suitable candidate must be highly motivated and able to work under resource and time constraints.
KEY SKILLS
• 3 + years call centre management experience; people, process and technology
• Strong character and leadership style with the ability to take the initiative within a challenging environment.
• Knowledge of Medical Operations processes and internal operating systems.
