My client currently operates a well established inbound call centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team in a newly created and challenging role.
Your areas of responsibility will include working closely with the Operations Manager to project manage the new team. A key part of this position will be to develop your team to achieve excellent customer service and oversee their management of inbound calls.
KEY SKILLS
•1 + years Team Leader or supervisor role experience
