The ideal candidate will have fantastic people management skills, a track record in innovation and initiative in a similar role. You will also have the adility to initiate change and developement within the organisation. The aim of this role is to
- Lead and motivate the reservations team
- Ensure the profitability of the departments
- Manage performance, behaviour and development of staff
- Identify negative productivity and constantly strategise to implement improvement procedures
KEY SKILLS
- Minimum 3 years experience within the travel industry
- At least 2 years experience within a similar management role.
- Have proven experience of working within a sales environment where you have led and made decisions that have ultimately impacted on the overall profitability of the organisation.
