Business Unit Manager

This leading and well respected telemarketing outsourcer is looking to recruit a business unit manager to work across multiple blue chip clients. As an award winner for quality management they offer an excellent service, across multiple UK sites to an impressive client portfolio.

Responsible for the leadership, development and motivation of the client service, operational and contact centre teams (c.200fte), you will successfully deliver agreed turnover and profit targets for your clients. Working with the business unit director, you will contribute to the development and vision of the business unit strategy and seek growth opportunities within existing and new clients.

KEY SKILLS
• Senior inbound / outbound call centre management experience ( 100+ fte)
• Relationship development with Blue Chip clients (ideally within an outsourced environment).
• Strong leadership, communication and motivational skills.
