This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the worlds leading Financial/Insurance providers. As they are continually growing in size and stature the opportunity of Telemarketing Operations Managers has arisen.

You will oversee, lead and represent the company for all outbound and inbound telemarketing campaigns, plans, results and delivery of performance through your Management Team. You will effectively build long standing relationships with key suppliers in order to facilitate continuous improvement in service delivery and cost.
As well as maintaining existing suppliers you will lead on the identification of potential new suppliers and with the aid of Procurement teams, ensure that contractual obligations are adhered to through strict FSA regulations.

KEY SKILLS

• Experience of managing either an outbound telemarketing centre or managing third party agencies who are delivering such services.
• Experience of procurement concepts including supply chain management and contract negotiations
• Considerable knowledge and experience in FSA regulations.
• Experience in General Insurance in a supplier management or procurement position
• Have managed contracts with values in excess of £1m.
