My client operates a pan-European call centre network and offers outsourced inbound telephony services to international blue-chip clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team in this highly strategic and challenging role.
With responsibility for analysing and reviewing the performance and operations across 15 European call centres you will define annual objectives, monitoring KPI’s, the implementation of improvement / recovery action plans, business process changes and the operations and performance of the European Customer Relationship Centres. Developing and managing Advisor training programmes for all Advisors across Europe. European language skill advantageous.
KEY SKILLS
•3 + years experience in the automotive industry
•Ideally with a Business Degree
•Must be excellent at managing your time and be able to work autonomously
