This is an exciting call centre opportunity to work for a market leader in interactive social networking communications spanning chat lines, TV and text services.
As a Night Shift Manager you will be responsible for the entire running of the Call Centre including 40 FTE through 4 Team Leaders. Providing excellent customer service, you will recruit, train and develop your teams and have full responsibility for performance management and process improvement.
KEY SKILLS
• Call centre management experience with the ability to manage HR issues
• Customer service focussed with the ability to work under pressure.
• Must be very open minded, enthusiastic, confident, assertive and committed.
