This is an exciting call centre opportunity to work for a market leader in interactive social networking communications spanning chat lines, TV and text services.
As a Shift Team Leader you will be responsible for managing 10 product operators. Providing excellent customer service you will train and develop your teams making sure all KPI’s are met. You will analyse product operator performance shift by shift offering coaching and feedback.
KEY SKILLS
• Call centre Team Leader/Manager experience
• Customer service focussed with the ability to work under pressure.
• Must be very open minded, enthusiastic, confident, assertive and committed.
