Our client is a large financial company, providing a range of financial, insurance and warranty solutions to customers. A key Team Manager position has arisen within the Credit Operations Underwriting team at Aintree. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to "shine" and progress within the company. Core hours will be: 1:30pm to 9pm Weds to Sun on a permanent basis. (These are not flexible, so you MUST able to work these shifts - overtime is given for Saturday and Sunday working, at time and a half). The successful candidate will lead, motivate and develop a team of up to 16 advisors. This also includes monitoring and performance management (121's, setting KPI's, personal development) as well as acting as first point of contact for any escalated queries to be actioned accordingly. Proven experience in a Team Manager role is essential. Experience in the Financial services environment desirable.
