THE COMPANY
This is an excellent opportunity to join this leading organisation in shaping and developing their Training strategy and capability. This is a highly visible, large-scale role that will provide the jobholder the ability to make a very visible, tangible and positive impact within our clients call centre.
You will be responsible for managing the contact centre training team to ensure the successful delivery and smooth running of training for all contact centre staff.
THE ROLE
- Overall responsibility for the design & delivery of training, development strategy & methodology in line with a continuous improvement programme, ensuring consistency across the Contact Centres and wider organisation
- You will be responsible for 8 Direct Reports and you will be required to lead, manage and motivate a team of training deliverers through observation, coaching and robust development plans
- Establish effective relationships with the site Contact Centre management team to promote training team’s role and impact within the business
- Communicate and provide consultancy for senior stakeholders within their Contact Centre to ensure training plans are meeting business expectations

- Required to promote a culture of personal development and learning – both within the team and across Operational Channels.
- Ensure that the team’s skills are current and fresh through continuous professional development
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong experience of delivering resource and development strategies and evidence of turning strategy into reality
- Knowledge of Training Delivery modes and methods, how people learn, including styles and channels
- Exceptional skills as a deliverer & facilitator of learning and development interventions
- You must be experienced in team management and leadership, with strong leadership and motivation skills
- Good understanding of the principles and methods of designing and delivering training schemes – including coaching, mentoring & performance consulting, recruitment & selection

- You must be able to ensure that all training meets relevant operational excellence, governance and compliance requirements
REMUNERATION PACKAGE
- £34k – £38k Basic Salary Per Annum
