One of the largest, most innovative and fastest growing retailers in the UK is seeking a positive, professional and results driven person to join them in the role of Resource Planning Manager.
Your ability to successfully Forecast and manage schedules within a +/-5% margin of error 12 months in advance for a multi site off-shore call centre will ensure they remain a fast moving and pioneering business.
The purpose of this role will be to effectively forecast, manage and ensure that the 3rd party effectively schedule for the requirements of the business within the off-shore Call Centre and drive results from the team through proactive positive day-to-day management.
Additional responsibilities include managing an outsourcer relationship, working with the reporting administrator to ensure that all reports are produced on time with 100% accuracy, maintaining a regular dialogue with the managed service provider attending regular meetings and keeping the planning and operations manager informed of any irregularities or discrepancies relating from issues such as IS.
Essential skills include:
• Core knowledge of Workforce Management Systems.
• Advanced Excel including the ability to write formulas and interrogate data
• Call Centre Forecasting & Scheduling experience
• Experience of working to strict KPI’s / SLA targets and exceeding same
• Effective results driven team management essential
