As Account Manager, you will strategically manage of one of their long established major client accounts, acting as the central liaison point between the client and the operation. Strengthening the relationship, you will monitor performance through KPIs to ensure: profitability, excellent customer service and the achievement of SLAs.
KEY SKILLS
• Senior account management experience within the outsourced call centre industry
• Exceptional relationship building skills, strong business acumen and resilient under pressure
• A proven track record of high performance and drive for personal achievement
• Exposure to European, e-commerce, media or technology clients would be advantageous
